1. Detailed description of goods and/or services

FABArt Custom Prints sells custom printed fabric, paper and other items.

2. Delivery policy

Products are printed to order and not kept in stock. Lead time is several days, as detailed for each product.  We are based in George, South Africa. Products are shipped directly from our printers who are mainly in Gauteng.

Orders are generally dispatched within 10 to 15 business days after receipt of payment / artwork. We offer Postnet to Postnet and Aramex door to door delivery.

Expect another 2 to 3 days for delivery time. Transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk.

We deliver to all physical addresses and Postnet stores within South Africa. We do not deliver to post boxes or internationally.

We send parcels Monday to Friday during business hours We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

If using our couriers, you will receive a shipment notification and a tracking number.

3. Export restriction

The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.

4. Return and Refunds policy (please see detailed information on our Refund Policy page)

4.1 Returns

The products sold by FABArt Custom Prints are custom printed and therefore not eligible for returns. However, if the printed items are defective due to the printing process or if they were damaged during shipping, the order may be eligible for a refund.

You should inspect all products as soon as you get your order. If any product is defective or appears to have been damaged during shipping, you may contact FABArt Custom Prints for help in resolving the issue, by email at info@fabart.co.za. Please include your order number, contact information and proof of the defects/damage.

Issues must be raised within 14 days from the date you receive it (or the date it was scheduled to arrive). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if you choose to return any items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4.2 Refunds

Once we receive your email regarding issues with your order, we will inspect the product and notify you that we have received your request for refund. We may contact you to clarify the issues raised with your order.

If a return is approved, FABArt Custom Prints may reprint the order at no additional cost to the customer rather than issuing a refund, or If a refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 30 days. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

In the case of a return or refund, we reserve the right to have you return the original order before reprinting or refunding your order.

4.3 Cancellation

Cancellation of orders may be made initially by telephone contact, or e-mail, however, following this, FABArt Custom Prints will need formal notification in writing to the company’s email address (info@fabart.co.za). The client will then be invoiced for all costs incurred and work completed that will have been made at the time of first ordering. The balance of monies due must be paid within 30 days.

Please note: any cancellation which is not formally confirmed in writing and received by FABArt Custom Prints within 14 days of such instruction being issued, will be liable for the full quoted cost of the project. Certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee.

4.4 Errors

Please note that we cannot be responsible for returns and refunds as a result of errors made by you, as specified in the Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions about Returns, Refunds, or Cancellation, contact us at info@fabart.co.za.

We reserve the right to update and revise this Returns & Refund Policy without prior notice to reflect changes in our policies and services.

5. Customer Privacy policy

FABArt Custom Prints (Pty) Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). 6. Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard.

7. Card acquiring and security

Card transactions will be acquired for FABArt Custom Prints (Pty) Ltd via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

8. Customer details separate from card details

Customer details will be stored by FABArt Custom Prints (Pty) Ltd separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.

9. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

10. Responsibility

FABArt Custom Prints (Pty) Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

11. Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and FABArt Custom Prints (Pty) Ltd chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under

this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

12. Variation

FABArt Custom Prints (Pty) Ltd may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
