Colour Profile Issues

Colours may differ from on screen images when printed.

With digital and sublimation printing, colours may differ from one fabric base to another.

Various elements can affect the colours on your prints. These include heat levels from the machine, machine calibration, ink levels, external temperatures etc. We cannot guarantee that the exact same depth of colour when you run the same print at different times. For example, if you reprint a design that you printed a month ago, the colour may not always be an exact match. Unfortunately, this is totally out of our control.
In the case of custom designs / submitted artwork, we will not be able to issue refunds, but we will be happy to re-run to try colour match at a discounted rate.
If the print is something that we are able to re-sell on, we will gladly reprint at no additional cost.
Returns
The products sold by FABArt Custom Prints are custom printed and therefore not eligible for returns. However, if the printed items are defective due to the printing process (excluding colour profiles as covered above), or if they were damaged during shipping, the order may be eligible for a refund.
You should inspect all products as soon as you get your order. If any product is defective or appears to have been damaged during shipping, you may contact FABArt Custom Prints for help in resolving the issue, by email at info@fabart.co.za. Please include your order number, contact information and proof of the defects/damage.
Issues must be raised within 14 days from the date you receive it (or the date it was scheduled to arrive). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs if you choose to return any items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive your email regarding issues with your order, we will inspect the product and notify you that we have received your request for refund. We may contact you to clarify the issues raised with your order.
If a return is approved, FABArt Custom Prints may reprint the order at no additional cost to the customer rather than issuing a refund, or If a refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 30 days. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
In the case of a return or refund, we reserve the right to have you return the original order before reprinting or refunding your order.
Cancellation
Cancellation of orders may be made initially by telephone contact, or e-mail, however, following this, FABArt Custom Prints will need formal notification in writing to the company’s email address (info@fabart.co.za). The client will then be invoiced for all costs incurred and work completed that will have been made at the time of first ordering. The balance of monies due must be paid within 30 days.
Please note: any cancellation which is not formally confirmed in writing and received by FABArt Custom Prints within 14 days of such instruction being issued, will be liable for the full quoted cost of the project. Certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee.
Errors

We reserve the right to update and revise this Returns & Refund Policy without prior notice to reflect changes in our policies and services.
